THE BOY'S NEW 4 PACK OF DB'S 07/31/2017 Week one of training camp is in the books, and in true Cowboy fashion it has been eventful. There have been many positive things seen out on the field in Oxnard. It has been fun to see the early competition, even if that has meant a couple of scuffles. The group I want to focus on today and discuss a little bit is our new foursome in the secondary. Whom, I feel will play a huge part in this teams success in 2017. There is a lot of opportunity for them to contribute early and often. Let's take a look at these guys, and get a little more background on them going into the preseason.       Jourdan Lewis CB  Michigan -  5-10/188 -  3rd round 92nd As of today, Jourdan's got in his second day of non-contact practice and seems very eager to get things going. THE COWBOYS D LINE PREVIEW 2017

Training camp in Oxnard is nearly here, and there is a lot to be excited about for our Dallas Cowboys! With all of the youth on this roster and new faces, there is sure to be a ton of competition going on. Our defense will have the most new faces and veterans trying t o keep their spots. Dallas was  ranked in the middle of the pack defensively overall last year  at 14,  and that is due to strengths in certain spots, and opportunity in others. I wanted to discuss our 2017 D-Line and  who is on it,  before heading to Cali. There are some very intriguing names on the defensive line. It will be interesting to see what names will no longer be there in August. Coach Marinelli is looking for a boost in turnovers and sacks this year, he knows where he is going to  get  it, and that’s from his front four. The benefit Coach M has this year, is the amount of depth and talent he has at this spot, something he has not had since joining the Dallas staff. Sure, Randy Gregory is gone for the y
